It's the first day of my maternity leave. 3 weeks to go till the birth of our first baby boy. At the start of my pregnancy I decided I would make all my maternity clothes myself. Since I'm not sure if we'll have more then one child and maternity clothes are very expensive considering the amount of time you can actually wear them. It was also a stimuli to improve my sewing skills. After Googling "maternity clothes pattern" and "maternity clothing tutorial" the only thing I found was one tutorial after another explaining how to make your jeans into a maternity pants.
